Three of South Africa's top chefs, Paul Hartmann, Garth Stroebel and Arnold Tanzer, used the Wildeklawer sweet onion to create some mouth-watering treats. These chefs had their hands full developing new recipes especially for the Wildeklawer sweet onion launch but they managed to successfully demonstrate the versatility of our favourite vegetable.
